We do offer a WordPress theme to help making your membership site easier, as well as setup walkthroughs of most of the major membership plugins for WordPress.

Once cancelled you’ll retain access to the site for any remaining time paid for, after which you’ll lose access to all of the content, community and live sessions.

Yes! The majority of the content in the Academy is not tech based at all and instead focuses on important topics such as growth strategy, member retention, attracting new members and more. All these topics are far more important for membership site success than what tech is used!

While our tech walkthroughs do focus mostly on WordPress, we do also have trainings on other options like Kajabi and Simplero too. And we have members using all kinds of different tech in the community.

We have a Tech Support section in our community where we can answer your questions, but we can’t actually login to your site and fix issues for you.

We also no longer take on client work so are not available to hire separately. We do however have a small directory of members who provide these services.

The Memberoni theme will continue working if you’re no longer an Academy Pro member, however support and regular theme updates are only available to Academy Pro tier members with an active subscription. Memberoni is not available for standalone purchase, and is not included in the Academy Standard tier.

You sure can! You can upgrade to annual membership any time with a couple of clicks from your account page. Our system will automatically take into account the time left on your current subscription, so you'll never be double charged either.
